August 9, 2019 Sunshine City Kiwanis meeting with Dana Buonanducci, LMHC, NCC from Sunshine Health. Dana is with the Managed Medical Assistance team which deals with mental health issues and includes clinical provider training. The training is intense and qualifies for continuing education credits for nurses and therapists. Not to forget, Dana brought along Daniel Buonanducci to help out. #sunhealthfl |

August 2, 2019 Sunshine City Kiwanis meeting with Bonnie Hough, director with Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas. They run the Aging and Disability Resource Center. Assessing the emergency is important because safety of the first responder is paramount. Ted walked us through current CPR methods and debunked several misunderstandings. |

July 12, 2019 Sunshine City Kiwanis meeting with Chelsea Favero from Forward Pinellas, a county agency that deals with area planning and development. The master plan is called Advantage Pinellas. So future projects are planned looking forward about 20 years. Money to be spent by the county is prioritized. |
